We always provide different new Sake as soon as it’s gone, because there are a lot of seasonable Sake all over Japan. Let us introdce today’s new one.

右：佐藤企（さとうたくみ）山田錦８０　鳩正宗株式会社

地元十和田市出身で唯一「南部杜氏」の資格を持つ佐藤企さんのお名前をそのまま銘柄にした純米酒です。香りは穏やかに、口に含むとやわらかな旨みとすっきりとしたキレがあります。

左：扶桑鶴　純米酒　秋あがり　桑原酒場

日本（扶桑）を代表する酒として、鶴のように羽ばたいていきたいとの想いが込められています。The 秋あがりという感じの旨みのあるしっかり系のお酒です。

Right : Sato Takumi

Takumi Sato is a chief brewer and he is the only one who has a license of “Nanbu Toji” in hometowners. The scent is mild and it has soft umami and refershing taste.

Left : Fusozuru(Fusocrane)

Crane is representative of Japan, so they have the desire to make this Sake a representative of Japan(Fuso). It has rich umami which is unique taste of autumn.
