We always provide different new Sake as soon as it’s gone, because there are a lot of seasonable Sake all over Japan. Let us introdce today’s new one.

見事な満月の夜（中秋）に一夜だけ降る奇跡の雪（風花）を酒便の中に再現したそうです。

左：Polcini( ポルチーニ）三井の寿

イタリアの松茸といわれているポルチーニのように香り高いお酒。

This Sake express a miracle snowflakes which fall only one time at the perfect full moon night in mid autumn.

Polcini is called ‘Itarian Matsutake mushroom’ , so this Sake is very fragrant like polcini.
